02Definitions

  • Customer — a natural person, legal person or organisational unit placing an order in the Store.
  • Consumer — a Customer who is a natural person entering into a contract not directly related to their business or professional activity.
  • Services — digital audio services offered in the Store (mixing, mastering and related add-ons), performed and delivered electronically.
  • Account— the Customer's account, secured by an external identity provider, required to place and manage orders.
  • Order— the Customer's declaration of intent leading to a contract for the provision of Services.

03General provisions

These Terms set out the rules for using the Store and for the electronic provision of Services, in accordance with the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means and the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights.

To use the Store, the Customer needs a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser; to upload audio material and receive deliverables, sufficient storage and a stable connection are required. The Customer must not provide unlawful content.

04Services and prices

The Store presents Services as configurable products, each with a description, an indicative image and a price. The final price of an Order is the sum of the base service and the selected options shown in the cart before payment.

Prices are presented in your selected currency — USD, EUR or GBP. The seller is currently exempt from VAT; prices are final and no VAT is added. Where applicable, tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your billing location and added to the displayed amount before payment. Prices are binding at the moment the Order is placed.

05Placing an order and contract formation

To place an Order, the Customer:

  • configures a Service and adds it to the cart;
  • reviews the cart and proceeds to checkout;
  • provides billing details, selects a payment method and accepts these Terms and the Privacy Policy;
  • confirms the Order and makes payment.

A contract for the provision of Services is concluded when the Order is confirmed and payment is successfully authorised. The Customer receives an Order confirmation by e-mail with a unique order number (format WF-YYYY-NNNNNNNN).

06Payment methods

Payments are handled by external, regulated payment providers. The Seller does not store full card numbers; card data is processed directly by the payment provider.

  • StripeCard payments and digital wallets, processed in USD, EUR and GBP. Operated by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland).

Available methods include payment cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), subject to your region and selected currency. Payment is due immediately upon placing the Order.

07Delivery — methods and conditions

All Services are digital and delivered electronically; no physical goods are shipped. Delivery is carried out as follows:

  • after payment, the Customer uploads source material (stems / mixes) through the secure upload area in their Account;
  • the studio performs the Service within the turnaround selected at checkout (turnaround times run from the moment complete, correct source files are provided);
  • completed deliverables are made available for download in the Customer's Account via secure, time-limited download links;
  • the Customer is notified by e-mail when files are ready and may request the included revisions before approving delivery.

Indicative turnaround times are shown on each product and in the cart. If the Seller is unable to meet the agreed time, the Customer will be informed and may agree a new date or withdraw from the affected Order.

08Right of withdrawal and refunds

A Consumer who concludes a distance contract may, as a rule, withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason. The Services are, however, digital services performed at the Consumer's request, which affects this right as described below.

After payment, the purchased Service is added to the Customer's Account and remains fully refundable while it is inactive — that is, until the Customer activates it. Activation means uploading your source files (stems / mix) so the Service can be carried out.

By activating (uploading files), the Customer gives express prior consent for performance to begin immediately and acknowledges that, once performance has begun, the right of withdrawal is lost (Article 38(1) of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights / Article 16(a) and (m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). After activation the Order is no longer refundable, except where the law provides otherwise or the delivered Service is defective (see Complaints).

To request a refund before activation, use the refunds area in your Account. Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method without undue delay, and in any event within 14 days.

09Complaints (defects and non-conformity)

The Seller is obliged to provide Services in conformity with the contract. If a deliverable is non-conforming or defective, the Consumer may lodge a complaint.

  • How: via the refunds area in your Account, or by e-mail at (available shortly), stating the order number, a description of the issue and the expected resolution (repair/redo, price reduction or, where applicable, withdrawal).
  • Response time:the Seller will respond to a Consumer's complaint within 14 days of receipt. No response within this period means the complaint is considered justified.

Statutory rights regarding non-conformity of digital services apply in addition to the revision process included with each Service.

10Customer responsibilities and licences

The Customer warrants that they hold all necessary rights to the material submitted for processing and that its use does not infringe third-party rights. The Customer remains the owner of their source material and the resulting masters; the Seller does not acquire rights to the music beyond what is needed to perform the Service.

The Customer must not upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content. The Seller may refuse or suspend an Order that breaches these Terms or applicable law.

11Out-of-court dispute resolution

A Consumer may use out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims, including the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, and bodies listed by the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK). Use of these methods is voluntary.

12Personal data and final provisions

Information on the processing of personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

These Terms are governed by Polish law; this does not deprive a Consumer of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence. The Seller may amend these Terms for valid reasons (e.g. changes in law, payment methods or Service scope); Orders placed before a change are governed by the Terms in force at the time of the Order. These Terms are effective from the date shown above.

This document is provided in English. If you are a consumer, your mandatory local consumer-protection rights are not affected by this choice of language or by these terms.
